Lee's Flower Shop’s fresh floral arrangements, plants, and specialty gifts are available for local delivery Monday thru Saturday, with limited delivery options on Sunday (please call us for availability). All floral arrangements and plants are hand-delivered, and our local delivery area includes Washington, DC and most cities within the DC Metropolitan Area. We can help you send a floral gift anywhere in the US and Canada through the FTD network of florists. Same day delivery options vary based on when your order is submitted. Lee’s delivers to residences, businesses, churches, hotels, funeral homes, colleges/universities, hospitals/healthcare facilities, senior living facilities, cemeteries, and more. ***Please be sure to provide us with the best contact number for you and your recipient in case there are any complications during delivery.***

Our standard (non-event) delivery fee is $19.95 for all of Washington, DC and $21.95 for Maryland, Virginia, and all other US States & Canada. Same day delivery service is typically available if your order is received by 1pm, Monday thru Friday, and by 12pm on Saturday. You also have the option of picking up your floral gift at our store if the delivery window has closed at no additional cost. Please call us directly at 202-265-4965 with any questions or concerns.

Non-local delivery availability varies by region so we cannot guarantee same day or weekend delivery.
However, we will make every effort to locate a network florist to fulfill your order and we will contact you as soon as possible if we encounter any problems.


What time will my floral gift be delivered?
Floral gifts are generally delivered during our business operating hours, as early as 8am and as late as 7pm. Deliveries for a specific time of day cannot always be guaranteed. For those special occasions where you need to have an arrangement delivered at a specific time of day, please include your desired time in the “Delivery Instructions” box during checkout. We will do our very best to honor your request. You may also contact us directly at 202-265-4965 to discuss how we can accommodate your request. For sympathy orders, we reserve the right to contact the funeral home and modify the delivery date and time based on their recommendations.

How will I know when my floral gift has been successfully delivered?
All deliveries will be made on the date requested unless we notify you via email or telephone of any complications. Once delivery is complete you will receive a delivery confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

What happens if no one is at home when delivery is attempted?
Our drivers will attempt to leave the floral gift in a secure location outside of the recipient’s home whenever possible. They will also call and/or text the recipient to notify them that their order was delivered and where it is located. If the area is not secure, our drivers will leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to call us to either arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or pickup at our store. If there is no answer by the recipient, our staff will attempt to call the sender to notify them of the delivery complications.

What happens if I provide an incorrect delivery address?
If the address is incorrect or if an address change is requested after your order has left our shop for delivery, the order must be re-routed which will result in a second delivery fee of $19.95 - $21.95 (based on the new address). This may also result in your requested delivery time being missed.

What happens if the recipient refuses to accept my floral gift?
Your floral gift will be brought back to our store and we will contact you to pick it up at our store. We will not issue refunds for a refused delivery.
